About Reid Dowling

Reid is your go-to REALTOR® for land, farms, and estates located in the North Georgia Mountains. After four years of working for a widely respected North Georgia developer, he knows the area and its people tremendously well. His expertise and foothold in the area can often create opportunities for his clients by offering them exclusive finds that may not even be on the market.

Reid was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is a proud UGA Graduate. When he's not discovering property or helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his dog Vesper, playing guitar, and traveling with his wife. He is a big fan of real estate, coffee, cars, and fitness; Reid invites you to work with him on your North Georgia mountain real estate venture.
